When the narrator is set to read chat massages, it will skip to a new chat message once it pops up instead of finish with reading the previous message.
To reproduce
- Place down a command block with a command like for example

say test- Connect both those command blocks, so that the second command block is executed after a short while after the first one
- Enable narrator
- Press a button to power the first command block
