I restarted the client seams it resolved and thank you for your time! I wish I could help you more with what caused the glitch i even looked at the logs and I didn't see anything.

my issue was resolved with this release.
it has for me in 13w18c
on the same page my environment is:
Launcher 1.0.1 (through bootstrap 4) started on osx...
