Hello, I have read through the ticket you have linked, however I had already tried the 'numerous' things that it suggested do. I am signed in on multiple accounts on the launcher, and it is not practical to remove the account every time I want to switch games. I have had the game since it came out, and have numerous hours on it, so I expect there is very little chance of a refund. Honestly, switching to a launcher system with so many bugs seems to ha been a colossal mistake, and it is uncharacteristic of Mojang to introduce such a buggy system. Guess that was a waste of £27.
