Changed Description:
Redstone lamps don't get updated if a command block places redstone blocks next to them.
The /setblock command seems to work fine, but if more than one block is placed, with /fill, not all blocks get updated.
Edit: Just confirmed that other blocks don't update as well (dispensers, droppers, ...)
