Created Issue:
Redstone lamps don't update when command block places redstone blocks
Redstone lamps don't get updated if a command block places redstone blocks next to them.
The /setblock command seems to work fine, but if more than one block is placed, with /fill, not all blocks get updated.
Environment
Windows 10; JRE provided by the game

Seems to occur with fill commands if the fill location coordinate places blocks to the positive X or Z of the target command block(s).
Set up a fill command on the ground and place a /say command 2 blocks higher. Now use the following example in the fill command block.
