thats probably becouse of the change they did that he cant spawn in narrow places
might want to do an exeption for that

sometimes when you are on edge of the wool it dosent detect and sends a vibration could this be it?
becouse wool works fine on my end

I do not think that tinted glass is functional
it only provides shade and transparency
Since bad omen is now an optional potion that you drink yourself to get good loot, it should be counted as a positive effect
yes, also makes the whole mace negating fall damage unable to trigger
