1. Get a mobspawner. (/give <playername> 52 1)
2. Place it.
3. Listen to it.
4. Delete it.

I was using the default resource pack.
I was using the default resource pack. YES, my volume is up. My speakers are turned on, and my cables are connected. My system volume is always on, and I have sound drivers.
I spawned a spider and the game slowed down, the gui disappeared, the sounds turned to static, and the screen had a screen tear (the image is split up in two) and then the game crashed.
Reproduce:
Spawn a spider. (that's it)
In a cave
on amplified world
(this is a rare bug)
I spawned one spider from a spawn egg and the game crashed. (RARE BUG - REPRODCUTION STEPS MAY NOT WORK)

go in f5 mode, reproduce bug, then look at my angle, in superflat for best results.
MUST BE IN FXAA RENDER
Reproduction Steps
1. Go on super flat and put this in the generation code: 2;7,50x1,2x3,2;2;stronghold(count=20 distance=1 spread=20),biome_1(distance=9),village(distance=9),decoration,dungeon,lake,mineshaft(chance=0.23),lava_lake with the seed being -19106167839369513092. Generate, wait, and it will say "Server Closed."
3. It brings you to the multiplayer menu.
Anytime, even on a blockless world. I have never had such severe memory issues on my older, non-gaming computers. The launcher won't let me allocate more than xms1G or xmx1024M. On older versions I ran fine with 512mb memory.
How to reproduce:
Go to new launcher, do the xmx1024M or whatever it is
Do a world that has a crazy creation*, (like many of mine)
Crashes to memory related things
(*This happens for me even on blockless worlds and multiplayer)Sometimes this is so bad, my game closes without warning.

Huge land of stairs in what was an extreme hills biome.
Not incomplete, I keep forgetting to zip the world up.

I deleted some of my worlds, and absent minded, this world went along with them.

okay, but I will let you know that this may only be specific to my computer.
EDIT: The file is too large, sorry.
I mean that worlds fail to generate.
@tails do it in 1.5.2

@alex Collins
this is one bug, with multiple sounds, so I wrote this up to save time instead of looking for specific sounds.
@Anon Ymus
Doesn't really help. thx anyway
(I can't attach the file because windows 7 took its crappy auto-formatting powers into its hands and screwed the file up.
@mod Ezekiel yes
This isn't a suggestion.
Not modded. I didn't get a crashlog, instead the game just closed. No screenshots, it was too slow for that.
I've never seen this issue ever, and I searched it, but I was tired of my lying ISP saying my connection was fast, so I gave up, and posted it. It MUST be with nvidia graphic card for me.
Hey, Neospector, these versions had sound before, then how did the sound get removed if it is no longer updated?
It won't let me allocate more than 989MB.
I'd rather not have short or tiny because my computer can handle Amplified and Far render distance, but can't handle far and superflat? I think this is definitely not about my specs, because my computer is a beefy steak. I'm still quite convinced this is a version issue.
I just tested amplified+far, and only lagspiked upon word generation, and averaged @ 30-50fps and on normal + far @ 60-70fps and superflat+far average @ 100 - 165 fps. (on 13w38a,(with a world from 13w39b, latest) because the latest snapshot may be built off of 1.6.4)
Amplified is around 18 - 25 fps on recording.
PS: Even though it says MPServer i'm on singleplayer.
