The items themselves are normally enchanted, but the 3d model doesn't have the usual wavy glowy texture. Works on all armor types. At all times. At all words.

they also take a longer than expected time to break, considering they are foliage type blocks
When the bottom part of the small dripleaf is broken, the upper part remains suspended in the air. The opposite happens as well.
