Able to replicate on Moto E (2nd Gen) Android 5.1, MCPE 0.15.4
Crashed in the nether consistently on the same chunk. (part of a Nether fortress)
Previously had entire chunks in the over world regenerate back to original state, really annoying. Currently having issue in the nether, tried to restart phone, tried to restart Minecraft, tried to go really far away in the nether to unload the chunks, nothing helped.
Able to replicate in survival hard difficulty, in overworld typically. occurs near spawn chunks. Appears to be sporadic, but once found can be reproduced pretty consistently by returning to roughly the same area (probably chunk based)?
Android Moto E (2nd Gen) Happened on 15.4, hasn't happened yet on 15.6
I have a similar issue.
MCPE-14675.Current Version is now 15.6 and still able to replicate. See Linked issue for more details.

MCPE-16163?I believe this may still be a glitch when the chunk loads or something.
I have a similar lava lighting system in 0.15.6 and the chunk almost always loads with 1 or 2 blazes spawned regardless of whether the lighting is left on.
I am able to replicate in 0.15.6, I know my lava lighting is on, I remove all blazes, leave the area, and come back and have more blazes. Maybe the chunk is just glitched for me.
Able to reproduce
MCPE-12819on 0.15.4. and was also able to replicate on 0.15.6.I feel like the crafting recipe should not consider enchanted bows, or at the very least use them only as a last resort.

Location of pigmen crash is approximately 100 blocks north west of spawn. top of first hill to your right, west of water fall, on middle plateau.

Still happening on 1.1.5 for me as well. (MCPE for Android - not Windows 10)
Fully enchanted armor, fire protection 4, protection 4, and projectile protection 4.
Absorption hearts show after being attacked, Armor is gone. Holding the tome of undying may be causing something strange to happen in this instance?
NOTE: This occurred to me as well before I obtained tome of undying so may or may not be related.
NOTE: This was not on a realm, just standard survival in easy and hard modes.
Really annoying bug and prevents me from doing anything with blazes.
