Steps for Replication:
1) Equip a bow that has the Levitation Shot enchantment active.
2) Roll once to activate the enchantment and find a spider or witch.
3) As the animation for the corresponding mob that indicates that it is about to throw a projectile begins, shoot the mob with the enchanted bow so that it levitates. The mob should throw its projectile while it is stunned and in the air.

There are some forms of crashes on the Nintendo Switch version of the game, such as those reported by
MCD-1354, where the gamepermanently freezes, and the only way to fix it is for the player to manuallyexit, close, and restart the game on the system. When this is done, the system does not report or tell the user that "The software was closed because an error occurred." Because of this, it is possible that the Nintendo Switch version of the game does not automatically report or log a crash for this form of crash or freeze, since the system never registers that a crash has occurred. There are some forms of crashes on the Nintendo Switch version of the game, such as those reported by

I have to agree with HashTagCThor. The game doesn't release a crash report if it freezes in the way described in
MCD-1354. Either the crash must be fixed or some other workaround to have the game release the reason why it freezed must be implemented to improve user experience on the switch version.I saw a video of a small creator encountering this bug in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9M0_wBKLuo
I have been trying to replicate it myself, but have been unsuccessful. Some more information about events that led up to the bugs occurrence are specified by the content creator in the video's comment section.
