This only appears to affect spiders, sorry if this is a repost. Couldn't find anything on mob AI or spiders.
I am playing on a realms server.
It seems to happen most when a spider comes up on a edge of a block.
Will post a video when I have the time. This only appears to affect spiders, sorry if this is a repost. Couldn't find anything on mob AI or spiders.

What I expected to happen was...:
When firing ghast should play a single audio que.
What actually happened was...:
Instead, when firing, the ghast plays multiple firing audio ques overlapping each other.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn up your audio device nice and loud.
2. Spawn in or find a ghast.
3. Go into survival mode and allow ghast to attack you.
4. Listen to multiple attack audio ques from ghast.
When ghasts prepare to fire they seem to repeat the firing audio cue multiple times before actually firing.
This occurs in my realms server and on a single player survival world as shown below.

Would this ticket be what you are referring to as well?
MCPE-31596
I'll confirm here as well. Not quite bad as everyone else seems to have it, but my realm is still relatively new.
Blocks disappear often when placed and broken too fast.
