So there are these weird shadows I found while I was playing in survival. It seems to act like it is night even though it is in the middle of the day. I saw a creeper spawn in one of them. You cant get rid of it (as you can see in the video that is attached) unless you place torches at the very edge of it where it switches back to daylight. I don't know what's going on, or if this was an existing issue in the previous snapshots or version. I couldn't find anyone else talking about this (probably because they are paying more attention to the caves). Hopefully you can fix this bug. (the video was too large so i put the video on my youtube if you want to see it in more detail, here's the link https://youtu.be/Lh_L1RDNx8Y )
edit:a lot of people seem to have this problem the more i look into it, so hopefully mojang fixes this by the time the next snapshot/full release of 1.17.0 comes out

idk if this is a problem in other versions, but i know its a problem in this one. it might be because all of the chunks are glitching out but i have no idea. i have f3 on in the video in case it helps. i was actually trying to report a different glitch when i found this one. i have no idea why this is happening i was just trying to give myself night vision using a splash potion. i left and rejoined and everything was fine. it was just such a weird thing that i had to report it.
heres the video

edit: i was able to replicate it by throwing potions into a chunk border then throwing them onto solid ground as seen here in this new video https://youtu.be/o8c-PkBXveo

oh ok i couldnt find any metions of it, but the video shows it a bit more, like mobs can spawn and how i was able to get rid of it using torches
ive had the same problem but yours is on a much bigger scale. maybe it was because i was close to spawn and it made it smaller but i got rid of some of it with torches if you place it on the edge and get rid of the torch. and i dont know if it was just me, but i saw way more trees and mountains cut off then usual, right at the border of the chunk.
