Terrible Performance on Xbox Series X with new patchwtih Series X/S OptimizationTerrible Performance on Xbox Series X with new patch 1.8 with Series X/S Optimization
I played quite a bit of Minecraft Dungeons on my Series X prior to the new patch 1.8 and I wasn't having performance issues. The game was running great before the patch, but as soon as I loaded into a new game after the update, I could tell something was different.
Now after the latest patch that includes optimized for x/s updates it runs terribly. It is slow and very laggy with heavy drops in framerate. I have tried re-downloading and installing the game multiple times. It is happening on any map or game mode I choose.
The lag feels as if the game isn't using the GPU on the series x properly with the update.
I hope this can be fixed soon

I hope this can be fixed soon as it is somewhat unplayable with this lag
I can tell even when pulling up the map to select missions is lagging and low fps. Scrolling around the screen used to be smooth, now you can tell it is very laggy.
It lags even with a few mobs on the screen and just gets progressively worse the more mobs there are. My Xbox One S feels better than this after the update.
I have reported the same exact issues. Ran great before the patch and now is terrible overall. It was listed as updated to 120fps 4K, and I only have a 60hz 4K. I don't see an option to choose 60 or 120, wondering if this is causing problems
