Changed Description:
I was testing out making concrete in water and in lava, and I found that I couldn't make concrete in lava. I made sure it wasn't just the world I was on (I don't know why that would be the case but tried anyway) and started a brand new world in creative and it still didn't work. I tried placing lava on top of concrete powder, dropping concrete powder into lava, and placing concrete powder into lava and nothing seems to work. If I am not mistaking it is supposed to be a feature, right?

@Curtis Stofer According to this bug report that Jeb resolved as works as intended, https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-117457, lava is supposed to turn concrete powder into concrete.
