Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch the game
- Play around a bit
- Observe the issue
Actual Results:
The PS4 build constantly crashes (sometimes on boot up, sometimes after 1-5 minutes) when played on a PlayStation 5 connected to the internet.
Expected Results:
The PS4 build
played on a PS5 console connected to the internet does not suffer from any crash or stability issues.
Notes:
- Disconnecting the PS5 console from the internet will fix this issue and no crashes will occur. The issue seems tied to what the app does with the internet connection.

So if you need anything more to be investigated with this issue, i'm available.
I'd very much like this issue to be resolved, it's a blocker for playing Online.
I also sent a bunch of automatic bug reports every time the game crashed yesterday (from the PS5 automatic report prompt), i hope that will reach you guys.

Hey, unfortunately i can't check as I sold my PS4 and only have a PS5 now.
I have a feeling this could be a "PS4 build playing on a PS5" exclusive bug, but i can't confirm.
Either way, the game can be bought on PS5 from the Store with no disclaimer that significant issues could occur to the users, so it's something that has to work until an official PS5 version is out.
Right now, i'm using the workaround of playing the game with my PS5 disconnected from the internet and I don't have any crashes doing this. It is a Blocker from playing with Friends online though.
I tried to regress this issue this morning and it's actually not crashing anymore. I'm not sure what's going on since there has been no updates that I know of since last time.
Not sure what your procedure is on your side but we could say this Does not occur anymore and If I see that behavior again we could reopen this ticket?
