You can see that theres light comming from block light but there isnt any block that emits light in that area, so im most certain its because of the forest i burnt down
also, sorry for my bad english, im french and im trying my best to write these coments to make the game i play since beta 1.8 better. thanks for your time.
I added another screenshot i took (of the same place) during daytime so you can see that it is the same color of grass everywhere
I wanted to get rid of the roofed forest outside of my house, so i decided to burn it. After all the logs and leaves where burnt and there was nothing left, I found out that there was still lightning comming out of no where. I tryed placing and breaking blocks at where the lightning came from but it didnt work.

Light level doesnt update after fire has breaken blocks.

yep, same thing happened to me when i was trying to get my chickens out of the water.
Fences that has solid blocks all around it (exept top) have a weird lightning glitch.

yep, and this bug is in the game for quite some time (at least since the 1.7 update) please fix
