i have the same issue with IOS (phone and ipad) with my daughters Minecraft. This has only happened with Xbox Live account with limited Child Access.
Same issue for both iOS on iPhone and iPad. This is only occurring for one of my child limited Xbox Live accounts. This is preventing using the game even in disconnected mode.
