Note: This is not a griefing issue as I'm the only player on the realm!
I've found that my signs have been blanked, but when I create a new sign since seeing this issue, that is showing ok. It just seems that Realms has deleted all of the existing signs.
I'm pleased to say that my sign text has re-appeared today.
