What I expected to happen was the horse would take damage on the first hit.
What actually happened was the horse did not take any damage.

Oh, I'm sorry. I was looking for it on the list of reported bugs, I can't find it. But the earlier bug you told me still wasn't resolved.
I have provided a screenshot.
I did the commands, I got 53 health with 20 max.
Sooo y'all gonna fix this?
My Custom Skin
I was not using any resource packs and behavior packs as of discovering this bug.
