We didn't even restarted or uninstalled the game, we simply exit the game for 10 seconds. I play with my gf on PS4 (handles "its_Rockman" and "kikita_m" ) and the game got stuck outside a door on a stairs at Highblock Halls. We tried to exit and re-enter the game (with Player2) and all of her account was wiped, just a level 1 character remained.
as James Robson say this is ridiculous, gamebreaking issue that makes all progress on PS4 accounts pointless. This wasn't even an uninstall, outage or anything, just regular gameplay.
Hope you guys fix it (or at least come up with a system to restore accounts fast).
