Definitely has to do with the type of device since I tried with a Redmi Note 10 Pro and this doesn't happen at all. This also happens on Realms, so the issue is not a specific world.
Edit: I've noticed something, these issues persist when using imported skins to the game. When using a skin from the Marketplace or any you own in-game, the textures seem to "fix" themselves, although turning back glitched if you change it back to an imported skin I believe.
