I think it doesn't work because all spaces you could spawn on when dying/after sleeping are blocked by the halfslabs - I think if you put torches all around the bed (PC) you also could not respawn there

Trading with a farmer villager for Potatoes, on the second trade the Potatoes in the trading window disappear and you get no emeralds.
First I traded potatoes/Melons/Pumpkins and Beetroot with him until all were locked then after opening the trade window again, some of the trades were unlocked and this happened.

After playing around with it for a bit it happened with other trades as well. Not sure when it triggers but I lost some books, emeralds, melons and potatoes.
It's the same thing but I think this one has better pictures and description - This bug is really annoying when making sugar cane farms.

Yeah at first, I also only got the bug in N/S direction because I powered it different
Another screenshot of 30w01b - exactly this setup did bug the piston out everytime it pushed the sugarcane
Woohoo I can't wait until my sugarcanefarm works again
