Treasure map can locate players with infinite range, I do not know if this will work on normal multiplayer games. Fix this as soon as possible, many players are using this exploit to find other players.
I found this exploit on treasure map, maybe this is true for structure maps too.
I am using 1.21.31.04 bedrock dedicated server to run my world on a hosting service, and players are using unmodified 1.21.31.04 minecraft client(i found this exploit from Android phone)

1. Find a buried treasure map
2. Teleport your friend more than 20k blocks
3. Check treasure map for player location
Observed Results:
Player location (exact direction) is on the map
Expected Results:
Player location is not shown on the map, because the distance is more than a locator map can handle. And only the map user marker is shown.
