I was going to the End to fight Ender Dragon, I wanted to do that easy, so I gave myself a Sharpness 4000 iron sword.
Accidentaly I pressed left button on a block ad it disappeared without any sound or particle.Edit: After accessing the End, I quitted from the world for a while and, when I relogged, the sword was disappeared from my inventory.

Edit 2: I re-gave myself the sword through the same command, and it was no longer able to break blocks
I found a zombie dungeon and the chests did spawn next to each other as seen in the screenshot.

I forgot to search before posting, and I searched after posting. When I saw this was already reported I tried to remove my ticket, but I saw that they cannot be removed
I added the seed and coordinates in the description
This bug is not longer present as of 18w11a. It may have been resolved before.
Edit: I'm able to reproduce it again. I don't know why it looked like it was fixed before.
I can reproduce this. Also you can't use any of the F3 functions such as F3+A and such
