Hi, I found a bug where you can get to multiplayer in the demo version of Minecraft. I don't think I can join servers, but you might be able to join LAN games and stuff. This actually affects all versions of Minecraft that have the demo feature. To re-
create: 1) Open demo Minecraft and click "Play Demo World". 2) Open the world to LAN and remember to turn on cheats (This is a crucial part of the bug). 3) Once the world is open to LAN, make sure that nobody joins and type in chat "/kick @p". 4) The next thing you should see is the Minecraft window turning dark and then it will display the dirt background with the text "Kicked by an operator". 5) Click "Return to server list". 6) You're done! This needs to be fixed. Also if you install Forge on Minecraft Demo it will act like the full version (Unlimited worlds (As far as disk space goes), no demo time, etc.)Hi, I found a bug where you can get to multiplayer in the demo version of Minecraft. Asteraoth, Sorry if I made it public; I just wanted a faster response...

Actually this is more of an exploit than a bug...
Also you can get to the server list by teleporting past the edge of the world with cheats.

Apparently, there is a bug where you can get to the multiplayer menu in the demo version of Minecraft.

How I suggest a fix: If the user is playing the demo version of Minecraft, have the game change "Return to Server List" to "Return to Title Screen" (and make it so the button actually returns you to the title screen.)
Stephen, please keep this ticket private.

Can you please give more info than "game exit everytime when i play"? That isn't enough info for devs to fix the bug. Does the game crash/close when you open it? Or is it that you can get to the title screen but every time you try to load a world it crashes?
Try creating a new world. Is there bedrock in the new world?
If you lit the animal with Flint and Steel, the animal dropping cooked meat is normal.
What do you mean by "Weird noise"? Is the noise game-related (e.g. Creeper hiss, Cow moo, etc.), or is it just random and sounds like it has nothing to do with the game?
Also does it do this on other devices?
Lag is not a bug, it sometimes means that your computer just isn't powerful enough to run Minecraft properly, or you're not giving Minecraft enough RAM to run, or your Java is outdated, or you have a rather large world, or you're blowing up a large amount of TNT (which can actually crash the game if its big enough) or, (well, a lot of things can cause lag).
EDIT: Sorry if that's not what the lag is about, but if your MC World is big enough, it can lag out Minecraft because of the amount of chunks it has to load.
It might be your world that's causing the problem.
I think this is an intended feature?
You can change the way the rail goes by using a lever.
Don't make a new ticket to report that something has been fixed; use a comment on the original ticket instead.
(I know this doesn't even have to do with the bug, but) What's with the title?
Maybe because that person who is joining is on peaceful difficulty?
Also you can't spawn the Wither on peaceful difficulty.
Does MCPE crash with just that world, or does it crash if it has any world? (Sorry if I am making no sense...)
OK, thank you!
I don't even think this is a bug...
Don't use separate tickets to report that you found the fix; just use the comments section of the original ticket instead.
Try creating a new world. Does it crash when you create the world?
Also try signing out of Xbox Live, and then signing back into Xbox Live.
Which one didn't work? The Xbox Live, or the new-world thing?
Is nobody noticing this bug report? There has been NO response to this bug report for WEEKS. (It's like nobody can see this bug report at all
...)
Also try uninstalling (deleting) MCPE and redownloading it again. Hope you fix the problem
Good
This isn't a bug. There is no fix to this (other than using an overly beefy PC), and lots of entities in an area is known to cause lag, even on a rather powerful PC.
Yeah, they don't seem to play even for me. I have tried EVERY SINGLE DISC, and EVERY SINGLE GAMEMODE, and there's NO MUSIC. I have the device volume turned up to the highest I can get, and I do NOT hear a thing from music discs. All other sounds (eg. walking, destroying a block, etc.) work just fine.
Wow. I haven't updated this since 2018! Plus, nobody has gotten back to me yet.
Edit: Since nobody is noticing this bug, and because it's not really that big of a security issue (you can't join servers, only LAN games, and I'm not even sure of that), I'm making this ticket public.
How is this bug "harmful"? Joining LAN games doesn't seem harmful to me. Obviously, you can't join regular servers. (also thanks for noticing this old bug report, it means a lot to me. I hate being ignored)
I tested the bug itself (it still works) but I haven't tested LAN games yet (I tried cracked and online mode servers though, didn't work at all)
Just updated
