Some saplings don't grow without bonemeal. Don't know if rest is aplicable.

Yes, that's why I'm reporting this.
The only solution strangely for this issue is minimise the game and then return to game or simply wait around two minutes to issue go away. Strange isn't it? It only started when I upgraded to Windows 11.
I know that between versions can be different in performance but unfortunately it's possibly minecraft compatibility with Windows 11 problems.
So Mojang is owned by Microsoft then my issue is valid.
