I have a lot of worlds in snapshots that aren’t recognized in Releases. This means I can only play snapshots or most of my data is gone. This is a issue als because this could cause conflicting world data where you make a world in the release or snapshot that has the same name as another in the other version will most likely result in world data corruption because you can’t make a folder that has the same name/ID as another folder. This also works with worlds in releases not being recognized in snapshots. Most worlds aren’t recognized before 1.13 most likely due to data changes.
Steps to reproduce:
- Make a world in snapshot, any prior to 1.13 Prerelease 1
- Load a release prior to 1.13
- Try to find the world you made.
Expected Results: The world you made is there and playable.
Observed Results: The world does not appear and isn’t recognized while in the release
I run Windows 11 Home edition On a HP laptop with an AMD Athlon Gold processor and a AMD Radeon Graphics card.

When I made a trap earlier I made it so the pistons would extend and grab each other and pull them into the hole, but however it didn’t pull the piston back.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a sticky piston
- Place a sticky piston in range to grab from the other
- Power both pistons
Expected Results:
Piston pulls other piston back with it
Observed Results:
Piston retracts and doesn’t pullThey do have to face to same way, or it will pull it.

This affects 1.21 and any version prior to 1.13, i will upload a video soon when i have the time for that.
The steps to reproduce are the same through every version and snapshots.
I don’t know why but it isn’t corrupted I am able to play it and everything works but when I go to releases it renders as if it was deleted despite it being fine.I assumed it wouldn’t work before 1.13 because there was many data changes in that update. This also affects my saved hotbars, they also disappear when I go to releases. This is really annoying but hopefully this will solve on other computers. It may be due to my PC specs but this is really annoying
The piston extends pushes the other piston the other piston extends, grabs a third piston and retracts and would get pulled back but it stays. This only happened on Xbox, I will attach a video when I am able.
Will do later
