Maybe it's because of the weird way that entities render before blocks, and something weird happens in the rendering, and since there are no blocks when rendered, they realize this and pop off. But, why has this never happened before?
It really only does this when downloading new versions. Once it ran out of nowhere, I knew it was done downloading, so when I wanted the game to run again, it went when told to. I'll upload the console from it, but it'll have to be next week! I only have Internet on the weekends! D:
So? I don't think that has anything to do with the Indev not being there. Alpha and Beta and even 1.7.9 are no longer supported versions. Indev should still be there.

It appears to be a bug in the loading of the coordinates of the mobs. I did a test in my survival world; I had cows in an underground area, so they were in an area encased by stone. When I logged back in, every single time (as I could see through parts of the world as it was loading, and entities always render before blocks), I saw that they were being damaged. Then, at another time, I had them above ground, enclosed with fences. When j logged back in, or came back from the Nether, some would be outside of the fences. So, I thinkmors a problem in their coordinate locations. Like off by a block, or they can walk through blocks for a bread moment upon loading, then die, or escape like with fences...

I tried breaking and then replacing the doors, and still, the texture was bugged. Same with my bed, too!

Happens in 14w32d. My baby cows keeps dying, and I can't repopulate!
There should be an argument in the command that has exceptions the the game rule.

But it doesn't appear to happen with Item Frames, which are also entities
