@Reaper8U Yeah, I did some further searching among the other issues submitted here and saw someone mention they tried a controller to no avail. MCD-1701
I kind of wrote it off as intentional, though Chain Reaction does trigger correctly (which is tons of fun with the Unique version of this crossbow).
You may be thinking of the Chain Reaction enchantment, as the Ricochet enchantment is only common.
