Same, after reinstalling my game my character was wiped, that shouldnt happen with a cloud
My game had a bug lately and I reinstalled it. After starting it again my game replaced my character with a lvl 1 that has no skin.
I had a lvl190 Account with 100k gems. Hope I can get it back.
