As a family of four we have four characters (heroes). We play local coop 2 players mode switching characters from time to time. After a day of playing, next time
we play/log in (mostly another day), one or more heroes doesnt have their equiped item (dissappear) from yesterday or it has only lvl 1.It is very frustrating for my kids, and we dont know what to do to avoid it. Please help!

In the picture that i added you can see equiped items like: lvl 2 chest, no bow, and many items from inventory that are lvl 1.
Yesterday most of the items were about lvl 30. Its very frustrating for my kids, please patch it quick.
I dont have Avast installed, nor any other cleaning tool/antyvirus software. Issue in
MCD-1142doesnt apply here.I do have PC version, but i dont use Avast, nor any other antyvirus, not even any cleaning tool software. In my issue im loosing 1-2 equiped items AND it converts some items to lvl1! Items that are affected might be in my backpack or on my hero.
