I'm talking about worlds created before the 1.18 Caves and Cliffs update mostly then upgraded to the latest versions of Minecraft Bedrock 1.19 and above (including 1.20).
By the way it's not red sand that is supposed to be generating there but orange terracotta.
Can confirm still an issue as of release 1.20.70 and beta/preview 1.20.80.22
