Tried with every armour piece I had (Hero's Armour, Evocation Robe, Mystery Armour, Stalwart Armour and Reinforced Mail), results were same as above. No enchantments on any of the armour pieces which affect health.
Tried with a level 250 Master's Katana: Should heal for ~215,000 health, only heals for ~150,000.
Tried with spare level 194 Fighter's Bindings: Should heal for ~22,000 health, only heals ~15,500.
Tried with level 166 Cutlass: Should heal for 7125 health, only heals 4990.
Radiance on all gear is level 3 radiance. Would also like to add that yes, this is every time radiance triggers.
