This seems to be the same bug as
MCPE-63284
However, it didn't happen immediately. We were successfully using the gateway with no issues for months.
Today someone used the gateway and it doesn't work, it teleports you to 0,0,0.Someone else used an elytra to fly out to the coordinates we expected to arrive at and everything looked fine, there were 2 end gateways (stacked on top of eachother (about 12 blocks higher that the main one), we didn't remember there were 2), but otherwise our build structures were still there around that end gateway.
The far gateway works correctly (returns to the main island), but the gateway on the main island still takes you to 0,0,0.
Nothing we tried to do worked (including destroying our structures around the far end gateway, and building flat endstone around the area)

I've attached a clip of the falling into 0,0,0
Friend died to piglins.
We ran back to where he died together.
The piglin was wearing his Trimmed Netherite gear when we approached.
While we approached, the piglin was looking at gold armor on the ground that was also dropped. Before we killed the piglin, he put on the gold armour (legs and chestplate). When we killed the piglin it only dropped netherite boots/helment.. It also dropped Gold pants and 2 gold chestplates. The netherite chestplate/legs were not dropped.

I have attached a clip where you can see the piglin is still wearing the trimmed netherite leggs, and then puts on gold leggings before it is killed. The netherite legs are not dropped by the piglin.

I was hoping it would be fixed in the 1.16.220 update that just happened... apparently not.
I agree the target block is basically useless for redstone without this fix.
I'm having this same issue on a realm. Mobs are not spawning from spawner at all.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be near a working spawner (on a realm)
2. go into a nearby portal to nether. (Note that traveling 100s of blocks in the overworld doesn't seem to cause an issue)
3. return to overworld near spawner.
4. spawner stops spawning mobs.
Observed Results:
Light levels are 0,
There is a 7x7x7 space around the mob spawner
I am within 10 blocks.
The mob inside just spins but doesn't spawn a mob (waiting 30+ min)
Expected Results:
When light level is 0 and within range of spawner, expected mobs of the type inside the spawner to appear within a few minuets.

Yes I’m sure.
I’m in creative. If I place the saplings at y=-1 it won’t grow with multiple stacks of bonemeal.
if I put dirt above those very saplings and put 4 more saplings on top of that (y=1) then they grow into a full tree with just a handful of bonemeal.
even though there is technically*less*room for those higher saplings (closer to a cave roof by 2 blocks)
both groups have the same distance in X/Z from the nearest wall.
The game frequently crashes while playing... (3-4 people playing on the same switch). It seems to mostly happen when there are several entities/actions happening at the same time.
This means that it usually crashes right when we get towards the end of the level when lots of mobs are attacking. We can't reproduce it "100% of the time". it seems like the Switch doesn't have the CPU to run the game.
You should stress-test your game on a Switch (maybe download a bunch of other games to take up memory too). And then get 4 people playing one of the later levels with lots of mobs. Do it a few times and you will experience it.
Then find your memory-leaks or inefficient code and either optimize the game so it can run better on the Switch, or start advertising that it only works with 1-2 players on a single system.
This has been happening for several months. Last time i didn't comment when i saw "these crashes are logged and looked at by the development team" i assumed it meant they would fix it soon.. now I'm mad and letting you know.
Shouldn’t the game prevent people from spawning in things like this?
we need the ability to (without cheats) prevent/disable/etc other users from modifying the world in this way.
Confirmed it effects 1.19.20
the Realm i'm in has also suddenly started doing this as well.. after the 1.19.30 update. I can't pinpoint it to any issue in particular. But chunks don't load. When i go through a nether portal, the very chunk i'm standing in (once i switch to nether/overworld) will sometimes be unloaded, but the chunks around the immediate area will load.
When the chunk doesn't load, i'm unable to move (only spin around), i look like i'm floating in the air, and can x-ray through blocks to the world around me, after 5-10 seconds the immediate chunk will load and then i can see the room i'm in.
I've also had weird issues with lighting, like areas will look like they are in shadows but aren't. placing/removing torches a few times seems to update some of the blocks, but not all of them.
While flying around i keep seeing unloaded chunks (way more frequently then is normal)... no idea what happened other than 1.19.30 came out.

here is a short clip of it happening.
Our world is so large the realm owner didn’t want to download it. I can ask him to do it.
the realm owner is having issues downloading the world or something.
For more (helpful?) context, i think we had recently done a backup of the realm... and there has been lag issues lately (chunks slow to load).
It may have been caused by a realm issue, but my guess is that the end gateway's destination has somehow gotten reset to 0,0,0... it would be nice if it would just check again for a possible location in the 'general area' if it ever lost its original destination coordinates.
Hello, after the 1.19.31 update I now seem to 0,70,-8 rather than 0,0,0.
(it may also be because we built a floor as Y=1 below the center island)
this is better than dying to the void. But it still doesn’t take us to the correct location.
this problem is only with 1 of the end gateways, the other gateway correctly goes to the end islands.
We got this to happen again on the same realm (teleported to 0,0,0).
It happened right after 2 users tried to use the same gateway at the same time (both from the main island, one used an ender-pearl, the other went into swim mode via water).
Suddenly the gateway no longer works (it was working successfully multiple times before this). Now it repeatedly takes anyone who uses it to 0,0,0.
We ended up rolling back the realm this time, and it works again.... but the steps above seem to cause it to happen
As i mentioned on https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/REALMS-10852 (marked as a duplicate)
We got this to happen again on the same realm that had it happen before with a new gateway (teleported to 0,0,0).
It happened right after 2 users tried to use the same gateway at the same time (both from the main island, one used an ender-pearl, the other went into swim mode via water).
One user was teleported to 0,0,0, and the other user was kicked back to be on top of the main-island gateway.
The gateway stopped working (it was working successfully multiple times before this). It repeatedly takes anyone who uses it to 0,0,0.
Edit:
We ended up rolling back the realm this time, and it works again.... but the steps above seem to cause it to happen
Note to everyone here who says it isn’t working.
it seems to me that wither akeletons don’t spawn in-between glass panes if there is a wither rose.
it’s either: glass panes around the spot
or
wither rose on the spot.
Not both.
If you used glass panes to find the spawn spots. You must remove them when you put down the roses.
I do see that in the video…
but we didn’t have “keep inventory on” (that’s how he lost the items in the first place).
and shortly after this I had mined into the netherrack looking for items that clipped through the floor/walls.
we reset the realm anyhow so he is good, but I’m not sure where the items went.
either they went into the ceiling or fell through a bunch of blocks.
thanks for your help.
I found a temporary fix in a creative world... i destroyed the end-gateway in creative, and then re-spawned the dragon 20+ times (it eventually cycled back around and rebuilt that gateway, and it worked! However a bunch of testing and it broke again... not sure what caused it yet... and respawning 20+ dragons is tedious even in creative.
I can confirm on private worlds this also happens.
there can be at most one discount on a villager (not counting hero of the village)
