Disabling "Enable Audio enchantments" under the speaker properties of the THX Spatial sound device fixes the issue but that stops extra signal processing. So maybe and issue with Razer or Windows? The "broken sounding" is audio being sort of corrupt. I also apologise for the late replying I wasn't getting email notifications. Auldrick
Issue is still present in the latest update, I have updated the issue to reflect that.

Every sound is replaced with a corrupted/static sounding versions
