I just lost a tremendous amount of respect for myself. Sorry about that, bad oversight on my part. Haha
Changed Environment:
Windows 7 (64bit)
Windows 8.1 (64bit)
Java 7u67
Java 8u11
Single Player
Server
Changed Summary:
Customeloot tables not working on Realms Server

Confirmed issue. There are no large oak trees generated in any forest biome on any of my maps.
Confirmed
Seed: 2829825073613879027
Biome: Mesa (Bryce)
Coordinates:
X: -19
Y: 61
Z: -4
All around that area has instances of floating landmasses. It seems it is due to water pools taking priority during generation.
I'm using a Potion of Night Vision to give a clear view of the issue. Seed and Coordinates are in my comment above.
I assumed the comment would be attached to the image. My mistake.
I was told specifically by _grum to report this as a bug so he woasuld not forget, per reference.

Thank you Jar_
I have another posted https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-47770
Your post is a bit better, voted.
My mistake.

Big One. Killing my server repeatedly. I did not have this issue while running under the same settings/environment in 14w30c.
Still in 14w31a please update. Effects all worlds and all instances of Mesa (Bryce). Issue is not confined to a single occurrence, and can be easily replicated.
If you can add any details that you have that are different from what I have found, that would be great. I tried to be as thorough as possible, this is an odd issue to describe.
Fired up my map in 14w34c and it works perfectly again. It looks like the issue is resolved across all platforms now. This could likely be closed.
Confirmed 15w37a
Issue persists in 15w37a, single player
I have several armor stands that are executing a glowing effect to all players in a selected radius. Occasionally they will disappear and the execute command will no longer function. Exiting and reloading the world will make them pop back up. I have seen villagers disappear as well, but I haven't tested on them as extensively as I have on armor stands.
Issue seems entirely random and is not associated with persistent chunks.
I have not been able to test on default server jar yet. I will try tonight, busy work day.
Tested and everything is working great! For anyone searching, I had to download, add the loot tables, and reupload my world for it to work. Thanks for the fix David, and for the support Dragnoz, big fan of your videos.
Confirmed in 16w40a that large oaks do not spawn AT ALL in the forest biome anymore. Create a custom world with the biome set to "Forest" fly around and you will see that no large oak trees are spawning.
Possibly related to
MC-30408Still in 1.13-pre10
It seems to be related to the profanity filter regarding personal names. Nobody on my realm can type "Dave's House" due to the filter but they are fine to type "Playername's House". I'm assuming it has something to do with protecting people's identity while online.
