Having this issue in 2022. New pc, latest Nvidia driver, happens for all versions of Minecraft I try to launch from including vanilla latest release. (Also tried the previous few Nvidia drivers in case the latest one was bugged, that also didn’t work)
This is a problem with all OpenGL applications, (blender, geometry dash etc.) not just Minecraft so I doubt they will fix it. Whilst I have had no luck, another person I found with this issue, solved it by updating his bios. Didn't work for me though.
I've said a million times, I'm using the latest drivers, latest windows update etc etc, this pc was built a month ago with brand new parts and I've been getting this the whole time. This issue is by no means "related to an older driver"

Whenever anyone creates a new bug report it always gets removed as a duplicate of this one.
That's what I've been doing for the past month and they're not very helpful.

They did have a bug tracker of some sort but I couldn't find this one anywhere in there.
