The chest has a wrong texture.
To reproduce :
Put a chest on the ground at 0 65 0.
Use the command "/tp" :
/tp 245 65 485
Use the command "/tp" again :
/tp 0 650
Open the chest and here's the bug.The chest has a wrong texture. The sign texture doesn't disappear.

Put a chest (or a sign on a wall) on the ground at 0 65 0.
Use the command "/tp" :
/tp 245 65 485

/tp 0 65 1
Open the chest (or break a sign) and here's the bug.
