Hi Lewis Kerr, have you checked whether there's anything in your crash-reports folder? There doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary in the launcher log.
Same goes for Timur Tigiyev, but how do you know that you've got the same issue? It might be something different.

Hi, there is no crash report or recent hs_err files.
How can I fix this?
Also, why is this issue showing as "Resolved"?
The problem is still ongoing for me.
