I agree with this one, because I hate it specially I use beacon to spot my base but the beacon's light always gets cut off because of the clouds since you can't see threw the clouds when you are under it. I wish this will get fixed soon!
True this bug has been here since 1.8, This also happens on doors if you punch the top side of the door in creative it drops door. Lets hope this two bugs gets fixed!

This i a bug I think and now I can't even play Minecraft anymore unless I use Command block to turn off fire spread
