REALMS-7008I just brought the Realms Plus on bedrock, but I can't upload my ps4 (on a ps5) world. When I do, sometimes a error pop, sometimes the bar goes to 100% but the only thing I can do is to click the "Cancel" button, and when seems like the world is uploaded, I just can't enter the realm, minecraft loads the realms for five minutes only to give an error.
And I can't download the map on windows 10, I can't reset the world, and I can't do anything!!!! Only thing I can atually do is to create a new world and play, but I paid for play MY old WORLD, not a new one. Please what to do?!! I tested it on a slower connection, on a 500mb connection, on wifi, cable, but nothing, the ps4 version of minecraft just DON'T UPLOAD MY WORLD!!!! (itsa572mb size).

I just got the Realm plus on windows 10, and tried to upload a ps5 world:
I had a few errors and the better I got was the name of my world, but I'm unable to conect to it.
Now I can't switch the slot, I can't reset the world, I can't even close the realm, both on ps5 and neither on windows 10, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!!. Everything I try i get an error (the image is on pt-br, but the message means: "Failed to close the realm").
Even if I try to reset the world or change the slot i'm unable, so i have a 30 days PAID subscption and can't even play. That's is at least unacceptable.
It's possible to at least cancel that subscription???? Or can I force somewhat RESET OR CLOSE the realm/world?
