There are a few issues I noticed with the new 1.7 sound controls:
1.When I turned music from 100% to off when the music was still playingitcan still be heard but it's very soft.
2.Minecart sound is controlled under friendly creatures.
3. When muting friendly creatures, sounds made by me when walking are muted...shouldn't that be under blocks since it mutes placing blocks? (might be intended)There are a few issues I noticed with the new 1.7 sound controls:

Color codes working in 1.6 don't work in 1.7.
The one with bunch of white text is 1.7 while the picture with colors is the same text working in 1.6.
It seems that it resets the color code when there is a space.
Is it just me or isam I not the only one?Color codes working in 1.6 don't work in 1.7.

Is it just me or is this some kind of bug with the new command block GUI?

I noticed that when you use certain words that are commonly used in coding like true or false then Minecraft reads that word in the lore as code and that word is ignored.
I'm sure there are other words that this applies to but as of now these are the only 2 I could find. I'm not a coder so if you know java expermient I will update this with my findings.
/give writertyler minecraft:apple 1 1 {display:{Name: "word", Lore: [yes, true, no, false, see it doesn't work] }}
Known words:
true
false
Update: While the word itself is ignored the set of letters is not ignored so truely will show up or falsely.
If a item like an apple or book has a damage value on it, there's a missing texture given instead of actual item.
so /give @p minecraft:apple 1 1 will give you a bugged apple
while /give @p minecraft:apple0 1 is fine (whatever # controls damage value)
This also effects the textures of items from previous versions/snapshots already in a worldIf a item like an apple or book has a damage value on it, there's a missing texture given instead of actual item.

It might be a WIP for alternate textures for items but I'm not sure.

It happens very rarely. My mouse is fine but it is a glitch with my mouse rather then Minecraft.
When I double click there is a slight delay from when I exit the GUI.
The issue however occurs right when the GUI is exited.
Yes, I'm having this issue too but ti seems to only happen when you load a world and fixes itself after a few minutes.
You, probably, should add more info because i for one have no clue what you're trying to report.
I do believe there is a limit on world size now as all of your pics have a world border.
I suddenly feel much better. Ya, items already created suddenly have a missing texture.
