Is this world a NO cheats pure survival with achievements world? If so, no player even op'd would have the ability or it would conflict and allow the said player the ability to "cheat" the game. This is not really a concern so much with java as it doesn't have gamerscore, although there is an advancement system, it is different.
No, the world has cheats turned ON & I am set to operator as I am able to use tp & give commands. Server is running Bedrock Dedicated Server 1.6.1.0 on Ubuntu. When I try the /kick command in-game I get a command not found error message.
I would also like the ability to kick and ban people. Tempban would be nice, too. Also, anti-cheat. Right now, if we want someone banned, we use a command block to prevent them from moving. That's not a very good way of doing it, honestly.
Mojang, it's been over a year with this issue not being resolved...
They are adding /kick and a ban functionality in the 1.16 nether update
Yayy, cant wait!! Won't have to use scoreboards + command blocks as a workaround.
Has anyone been able to test this since the 1.16 release?
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
