I was just trying to change my skin. And then wen i was done i was going to go on a server and it say: (Not authenticated minecraft.net) Hope i can play MC again......... :|

Did you buy Minecraft on minecraft.net? Seems like the Mojang servers don't recognize your account.
If you did buy it, you should contact the Mojang support: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new?ref=footer
You have to refresh your login. Logout and back into the launcher.
