The bug
The title of an advancement is not highlighted in the hover text of an advancement announcement. This makes it difficult to quickly differentiate between description and title.
Additionally achievements used to highlight the title in the hover text.
Expected behavior
Expected would that the title has the same formatting it has in the chat message (and therefore also keep custom formatting).

The bug
Custom text colors defined for an advancement title are overwritten by the advancement type default one in the hover text.

How to reproduce
- Download the attached advancement title_test.json
and place it in the following directory of your world folder
data\advancements\custom
- Load the world
- Grant yourself the advancement
/advancement grant @s only custom:title_test
- Open the chat and hover over the advancement title
The bug
Basically, hover texts of advancements show up on wrong places. Refer to the screenshot taken. This bug is like MC-117318 but on a later version.
After a little bit of observation, it seems like the the hover texts detects the cursor upside down. It's really weird and I have no idea why this happened. (If you're a bit confused, check the second, third, and fourth screenshots.)
