MC-120309Wither name does't change after changing language
Wither name don't change after changing language.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Change language to English.
2. Summon a wither.
/summon wither
3. Change language.
4. Summon a another wither.
This can be fix after re-enter the world.

This doesn't affect the ender dragon.
Seems to be fixed in 1.13.1 2018-08-26_20.15.32.png
