Did you have a world with the same name before?
If yes, this very likely duplicates
MC-315.No, it was not.
Strange, in a world with that seed and at those coordinates, everything is normal for me.
MC-315would explain why there are chunks of completely different terrain in the middle of nowhere.This biome problem is repeated after about 500 blocks of distance.
