Underwater items do not float to surface when on bottom-half slab
When item entities are on top of bottom-half slabs underwater, they do not float to the surface like they now should.

Confirmed for 1.13.1.
This is caused because the slabs look like they are waterlogged, but they aren't water logged. (so they are just in air, not water. see screenshots)
(Although, sometimes if the slab is top the items will still float up)
Can also confirm for 1.13.1.
It seems to only be an issue when the item on the slab is next to a solid block; in open water, items seem to float up normally when on a bottom-slab.
Unable to reproduce in 1.13.2 or 18w43b. Items now will float up from properly-waterlogged slabs unlike they did in the 1.13 snapshots.
Works as intended
Resolving as Cannot Reproduce then.
