MC-13691Resizing window during world creation problem.
During the creation of a new world, while minecraft displays "building terrain".
If you resize the window, the display area will remain the same, while the window will be the correct size.
if you then scale down the window after you see the bug and then maximize the window again, it will go back to normal.
