Well, I went to bed at night, then when it turned day, I was unable to get up. It just positioned me weirdly making me unable to leave the world or get up from the bed.

Same here. I'm on Windows. Chat commands, however, do work.
same here. UI gives me a click when I hit "Leave Bed", but no response.
Chat window appears open, but unable to enter text.
Will try different bed orientations?
Stuck in bed bug does not occur if there is an open block next to the head of the bed.
The bug occurs even if all blocks surrounding the bed are air blocks.
A. Mouse is correct, I am stuck in a bed surrounded by air blocks.
As a note,
MC-92216was reported a long time back. That turns out to be a duplicate ofMC-92916(note the 9 in the middle vs the 2). Given that that is a bit weirder to reproduce, and that a ton of people are reproducing this now, I'm guessing this is a separate issue though.I'm stuck in bed, but I have access to the command line.
Singleplayer, no cheats enabled.
Is there any way out?
Or do I have to terminate java?

Same here. ever since 19w02 every time in any bed or surounding blocks it will freeze on "Leave "bed".
Also since then I have certain chunks that do not light correctly. destroying lights and replacing them works until returning to the game after closing.
ALSO..since 19w02 I can not place a "Fetching Table" on some blocks where it used to be. Doing so makes it disappear from inventory, but only a shadow where I attempt to place the block.
I am experiencing the Stuck in Bed bug on 19w02 in about 3 of 4 attempts to sleep. Running on macOS Mojave 10.14.2
I am experiencing this as well, I am having to resort to holding down f3+c and crashing the game to get out of the bed.
If this clue helps solve:
Vanilla, no mods, single player, survival.
While stuck on "Leave Bed" if I am killed by mob, re-spawn option becomes available, and it works, but it will still be night.
If the game is closed (via-windows) while stuck in bed, it will be day upon starting the game again.

Look at the date on when it was made compared to when mine was made.
I made mine 2 days ago.
The "duplicate" was made yesterday.
So you should make it so they duplicated mine. Not I duplicated them...
And the issue isn't resolved yet. The beds still make me stuck in bed...
I've been experiencing the same issue I have found no fix for it either, I have however found that to avoid crashing or closing out of the game if you hold esc down eventually the pause menu will pop up and you can just save and reload the world. It's not much but it saves having to relaunch.
